Privacy

What I collect, and what I don't.

A contact form, a booking calendar, and a cookieless visitor count. That is the whole list, and here is what each one does.

The contact form

If you send a note, I get what you typed: your name, your email, the kind of business you run (optional), and your message.

The form is delivered through Web3Forms, a third-party form relay, to maxwell@falkcritical.com. There is no database on this site; your note lands in my inbox and nowhere else on my side.

Please don't put health information, patient details, or anything else covered by privacy law in the form. The form isn't built for that. If your project involves regulated data, say so on the call and we'll handle it properly.

The Hokoku demo

Opening the demo at hokoku.falkcritical.com asks for an email address and sends it a one-time code. Cloudflare Access keeps that address in its sign-in log, so I can see who opened the demo and when. I use it for nothing else, and it never goes on a list.

Booking a call

Calls are booked through Cal.com. When you pick a time, Cal.com collects the details it needs to put the meeting on both our calendars and send you the invite. That handling is theirs.

Analytics

I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see roughly how many people visit and which pages they read. It is cookieless. There are no tracking pixels and no advertising here, and nothing on this site follows you to another one.

How long I keep it

As long as we're talking. If you want your note and your details gone, email me at maxwell@falkcritical.com and it's deleted.

Questions

Anything about this page, or your data: maxwell@falkcritical.com. I read and answer these myself.
