Three problems I take off your plate.
Below each one: the kind of job it turns into. The examples marked “real” are running today for a client. The rest are the kind of thing I build, described so you can picture yours.
Websites
People check you out on a phone before they call. You should be able to change what they see without calling me.
Fast on a phone, findable on Google, and yours. You own the code and the content. No page-builder subscription holding your headline hostage.
- A restaurant site where hours, menu, and a holiday closure change in one place and are right everywhere.
- A contractor site that shows the work full-size, loads fast on a job-site phone, and sends inquiries to your inbox with the details you need to quote.
Process Automation
The same work, by hand, every week.
Re-keyed numbers. Exports you check by eye. The follow-up that should have gone out Monday. I watch how the work actually moves, then build the piece that does it the same way every time and tells you when something's off.
- Every Monday the owner gets a list of menu items that drifted out of their food-cost target, with suggested price changes; the owner decides which to apply.
- Every day the vendor invoices and the POS sales export are pulled in on their own, so the numbers are already there when the owner looks.
- Your quote spreadsheet becomes a form that prices the job from your rate sheet and emails the PDF.
Custom Software & AI
The tool you need doesn't exist. Or it exists and makes you work its way.
I build the application around how your place runs, from the data model up. Hardware included when it matters. AI where it earns its keep, and never where it can change your data without you seeing it first.
- A restaurant platform that reads the vendor invoices, recosts every recipe, and tells the owner what each menu item should cost this week. Public demo; one email code opens it. Try it →
- A job board that tracks a build the way your crews actually move through it, instead of a generic CRM you fight.
Questions people ask
- What does it cost?
- A written price before I start: fixed for websites; for automation and custom software, a scoped phase with a cap. Never an open meter. I don't publish prices, because a restaurant website and a custom terminal are not the same job. You'll have your number in writing before I start.
- How long does it take?
- Weeks. Your proposal carries the dates for yours, and you see a working version well before the end of it.
- What if I'm not a fit?
- I'll say so on the call, and give you the name of someone who is. No invoice either way.
- Who owns what at the end?
- Your data, your content, your domain and your accounts, in your name. For custom software you get a permanent license to what I built for you.
- What happens after it ships?
- Most of what I build I also host and keep running, on a monthly arrangement. If you'd rather run it yourself or hand it to someone else, that works too, and we settle which one it is before I start.
Not sure which one you need? That's the call.
Tell me where the time goes. I'll tell you what's worth doing first.
